”Hi Year 8, How are you? Can you believe you’re coming to the end of your second year at Priesthorpe? Over those 2 years you’ve attended 1050 lessons already! We’ve had a bit of a strange time over the past few months where we’ve been working from home and it’s felt very different. I’ve seen some fabulous pieces of work that you’ve submitted and I’ve been incredibly proud of the mature way you’ve dealt with what are very challenging circumstances.

During this time, I’ve made the decision to retire at the end of the summer, and therefore, you will have a new manager taking you into Key Stage 4. I wanted to let you know it’s been an honour and a privilege to be your Year Manager and I wish each and every one of you success in your future. I will miss you all.
