Welcome to Priesthorpe!
Dear Parents and Carers
We are delighted your child will be joining Co-op Academy Priesthorpe in September to begin the next exciting stage of their educational journey. We take this responsibility incredibly seriously and will do all we can over the coming years to support, guide and encourage them to be the very best they can be, in terms of both their personal and educational development.
Between now and September we will be working with you to do all we can to support your child in making sure they have a smooth and enjoyable transition to secondary school.
Jane Cronshaw, our Key Stage 3 Leader, is leading on transition for us. She is very experienced in this area. She will be speaking to key teaching staff at your child’s school over the coming weeks, to make sure we have all the information we need to support a smooth and positive start to Year 7. If you would like to contact her at any point, please email her on: prie-year6transitions@coopacademies.co.uk
