At Priesthorpe we have an ethnically diverse cohort of students, as such, we would like to raise awareness and understanding of different religions and cultures. During each half term, the catering team will be hosting a Cultural Cuisine lunch. This will be a great way to promote academy community cohesion, respect and understanding of different religious and cultural celebrations and is a wonderful way for us to celebrate together.
We’re launching this half term with an Eid celebration lunch on Monday 17th May!
If you would like your child to choose the Eid Lunch option, you’ll find this on Parent Pay as a ‘Payment Item’. Please select either the vegetarian or meat option. If your child receives Free School Meals, please complete this form instead: https://forms.gle/AfHFvrwQeYCqKyrn6 . Please place your order before 7am on Monday 17th May.
