Coronavirus Updates
February 2022 Updates
From 21st February 2022:
Staff and students in most education and childcare settings no longer need to undertake twice-weekly asymptomatic testing
From 24th February 2022:
There is no longer a legal requirement to self-isolate following a positive test. Adults and children who test positive will continue to be advised to stay at home and avoid contact with other people for at least 5 full days and then continue to follow guidance until they have received 2 negative test results on consecutive days.
Fully vaccinated close contacts will no longer be required to test daily for 7 days and non-vaccinated close contacts will no longer have to self-isolate.
More details about the changes can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
Students may continue to collect self-testing lateral flow kits from the Front Office.
